My mom and I were in your dealership towards the end of January and obtained a 2023 Rav4. Just as important as the vehicle was the patience and time that Saw Leo took in explaining the process to her and a January and obtained a 2023 Rav4. He didn't become frustrated or impatient when attempting to explain items in a variety of ways to help my mom better understand the process.
