Overall, my experience was great. The Ford Escape I leased met all expectations. Charlie Samons is one of the best sales associates I have ever dealt with. I felt very comfortable in the dealership and the staff were friendly. The price could have gone down a bit more due to the high mileage of 124,000 on the vehicle. The Explorer had so many nice features I was willing to accept the final price. The sales person did work out a price that sealed the deal. I love the Explorer and will be going back to Maplecrest next time I'm looking to buy a car. More
