My experience with Maplecrest Ford was nothing but positive. I used this site to research who to contact at the dealership and I will say that Barbara did not disappoint. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the whole process of buying my new car (Fiesta). I had specific elements that I wanted my car to have while in a time crunch (needed a car in under 3 weeks before I started my new job), which made the process of finding the car more difficult due to my demands. But Barbara was always available if I had any questions, kept me updated on the process of finding the new car that fit my needs, and she worked very hard to make sure I got what I requested at a price that fit my budget. I couldn't actually believe that we were able to pull it off in time. That's just a credit to what a great place Maplecrest Ford is and what a fantastic employee Barbara is. Everyone else I had an encounter with at the dealership was very kind as well. I would highly, highly recommend this dealership and especially Barbara. My experience would've been a nightmare if I had gone anywhere else. More

I purchased a car from this dealer and from the time I pulled on the lot to when I left in my new car my experience was awesome. I connected easily through email and setup a time over the phone with Charlie. I was quite surprised when I got there and he had the model I was looking for already waiting for me to test drive. From that point on the level of comfort and expectations grew with this dealership far more than I have experienced with others in the past. I would like to extend sincere thanks to Charlie and others at Maplecrest who were very receptive throughout the buying process. I was also impressed with Charlie's responsiveness over several channels, including email and phone. Barbara went over-the-top with helping me purchase a new Ford Fusion for my Mom, who lives in CT. She located the car in MD, had it first brought to NJ for the transaction & then had it delivered to my Mom' Ford Fusion for my Mom, who lives in CT. I went to Maplcrest to lease a Ford Edge. The experience was great from start to finish. Charlie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was accessible when I had trouble with my cell phone synching wit was great from start to finish. Charlie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. highly rate this dealer. as for service, i haven't had any repairs and so i didn't rate that but i will when i am there with repairs their is an issue with sync that Ford is working on .the usb port loc any repairs and so i didn't rate that but i will when i am there with repairs their is an issue with sync that Ford is working on .the usb port lockes up and you either have tu disconnect the battery, remove fuse, or do a complete reset in the sync software.. hope this gets resolved soon very anoying to me More
