Matthew bhandles all the business affairs for Maplecrest and is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me right through all the necessary documents and extended warranty options, getting me out of his office in around 20 minutes. There is a reason why this is our second car from Maplecrest - those who work there - and we have now committed to having all of our mainteance done there too as the dealers nearer us have not shown nearly the same dedication and concern as Maplecrest has consistenly done over the years.
