New Truck Purchase I located this dealership through the My Ford site. They had the vehicle I was interested in and so the negotiation began. I was trading an 2011 F 3 I located this dealership through the My Ford site. They had the vehicle I was interested in and so the negotiation began. I was trading an 2011 F 350 which I felt was in excellent condition. We managed to come to an agreement within the same day and closed the deal in three days. I found the sales staff and manager to be very resonable and there attitudes characterized by "Cando" while maintaining a total professional demeanor. Their knowledge helped bring us to a mutually good financial deal on a great Ford F 350 SD. I am from out of their immediate area but would highly recommend Maplecrest Ford speifically Kurt Friedman and Micky Hendrick to friends, family and others. More

I ordered the car in March,2014, it was delivered when promised, at the agreed upon price and without any hassle. James did a fine job of explaining the multiple and complicated electronics associated with high end cars today. My interactions with James, with David, the sales manager, and with Tom, the owner, were what expectations of the buying experience should be. James was friendly and professional during the entire process. He took the time to show me all of the options available on my Escape, and how they worked before the purchase and again upon delivery. Customer service was great. He explained all of the packages and when there was not a car on the lot that fit my needs, he went out of his way to find one that did. He did what he said he was going to do, and returned all of my calls promptly. Overall, a great experience. More
