Rich helped us out over the course of the next week, working out logistics of buying and organizing documents. In all of my conversations with Rich, I felt like I was dealing with an honest guy who had a genuine interest in making our buying experience great, rather than just a salesman trying to get me to buy the car. Rich is a highly capable salesman with a great sense of humor and affable demeanor. Dealing with Charlie, the finance man, was also straight forward and easy.
