Traded in our Ford Escape for the Ford Edgw Mickey was our salesman. Great Experience. Great People I normally really dislike the entire car buying process as I always feel like I am not getting the best deal nor am I being dealt with honesty. Howev I normally really dislike the entire car buying process as I always feel like I am not getting the best deal nor am I being dealt with honesty. However my experience at Maplecrest Ford was absolutely great. It was Painless, easy and fast. Once we knew what car we wanted it took James Skuraton minutes to make it happen. He was awesome. We used both salesmen since we were pressed for time. Both exhibited professionalism, were courteous and knowledgeable. Rich took all the time we needed to explain the many options and how to use them. He instructed me the day of the purchase and my wife 2 days later. He was patient with our questions and took the time to make sure we understood the main screen complexities. We both really appreciated his efforts. Not your typical dealership When I started shopping for the Tahoe of my dreams, I had no idea I'd find it at a Ford dealership, but thankfully I did. Every email I sent requesti When I started shopping for the Tahoe of my dreams, I had no idea I'd find it at a Ford dealership, but thankfully I did. Every email I sent requesting information was promptly and courteously responded to and any discrepancies were quickly remedied. Marla and Charles were excellent to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the entire vehicle buying process. I got a great truck, at the price I was expecting to pay, all the while being treated with respect and a genuine caring attitude you don't find at most dealerships. I've already had the truck to FL and back in less than a month of ownership, and I'm honestly considering making the 1.5hr drive north to have the service done in the very near future. And for a mechanic to actually consider letting someone else service their vehicle should give you an indication of the trust I quickly developed at Maplecrest Ford. More
