Initially I decided to go with another dealership as the offer was identical however after reading some customer reviews I decided to proceed with Maplecrest Ford and I was not disappointed. From negotiating the deal at the very beginning Charles was up front, honest and to the point in terms of what is possible and how if at all it could be achieved. Charles made me feel at ease about the deal by being very responsive and attentive. At the very end Charles really proved to me that I could and should expect the highest level of customer service from a car dealer.
