When she told me she got a job at Maplecrest it was like music to my ears haha! I had a 2010 Subaru Forester that gave me way to many problems & Olivia said Kallen I will make the car of your dreams happen. Not only did she find me a beautiful 2016 pearl white fusion I wanted but that came with a luxury package and AWD!!! That definitely made my parents happy living in Jersey with our crazy bi-polar weather. No coincidence So I called maplecrest about a 2011 Ford Flex, Olivia picked up and told me that it was still there and how by coincidence she was just looking at it So I called maplecrest about a 2011 Ford Flex, Olivia picked up and told me that it was still there and how by coincidence she was just looking at it as well. I went that afternoon to check it out, Olivia showed it to me, and instantly I was in love with it. I was trading in my 2007 tundra, which she had their people look at it. They quickly came back with a decent offer, I was still upside down but not by much. Which was perfect for me, so she had their finance team work out the numbers; they did their magic, and I was in. She told me to come back so they could go over the Flex. I came back with my family a few days later. We had to wait in the waiting room, my little one took full advantage of the free hot coco and I had a coffee myself. The staff was super friendly and Olivia was great. When it was time to do the paper work, it was quick and painless. Olivia took us to the Flex, it had a full tank and all. I’ve dealt with many dealers before; Olivia never made me feel pressured to buy the car, never low balled me for my trade in, never made me feel inadequate. She was super helpful, friendly, and I felt like she went above and beyond. She’s even reached out to me after the purchase to see how things were going (my little one didn’t want me to trade in the truck). I have no buyers remorse whatsoever and feel like I got the better deal. Thanks Olivia for your hospitality and service!!! I’ve never felt so comfortable buying a car. More
