He was very knowledgeable and found just the car I wanted. He made the leasing process headache free. He took a lot of time explaining every aspect of the new car to me. It was quite a learning experience for me and he was very patient. James had a thorough knowledge of the product. The Ford product has come a long way since the antique I was driving. No closer came out of the back office to say it’s the end of the month and we need to hit our number...We went home, did our research and when came back to Maplecrest and we leased for a price we knew was fair. Plus, James worked hard to find us the Ruby Red model which he had to get from another dealership. We purchased from Maplecrest Ford before, they just don’t push you to buy which is what all car buyers hate. Worth a trip to Maplecrest to see for yourself. More
