Open recall. Purchased used vehicle end of April only to find out in June a recall was not fixed illegal in New Jersey. Also seems a lot of other items were never Purchased used vehicle end of April only to find out in June a recall was not fixed illegal in New Jersey. Also seems a lot of other items were never checked brakes, cabin filter etc. Could go on but not worth my time. My advice to anyone do not use this dealership. Extended warranty covers nothing so that was additional purchase not needed. More

I had done a bit of research online about the cars I was considering yet I still had questions when I finally decided to come into the dealership. Emma was incredibly attentive and answered all my questions. I did not come to Maplecrest with the intention of purchasing. I had already been to 2 other dealers and planned on visiting 2 more. I tend to be a bit OCD about big purchases and always want to make sure I'm not purchasing with confirmation bias, I hate buyer's remorse. It's been a little more than a month and I can say I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The difference between the first 2 dealerships I visited and Maplecrest was so night and day I didn't want to even go to any other dealers.
