Unlike other dealerships (and I visited 12+), Maplecrest Ford focuses on customer care! They are attentive, patient, respectful, fair, and truly friendly. During my first visit, Emma proactively printed information off for me to take home and followed up with a personal note. When I returned to buy the vehicle, because I live over an hour away, the staff stayed late (nearly 90 minutes after close) to ensure I could take the vehicle that very night. I cannot say enough positive things, because I truly appreciated the many “exceptions” they made to accommodate my situation. It was truly enjoyable to buy my SUV from MapleCrest Ford, and they have won my business and loyalty.
