Olivia DeMattio at Maplecrest Ford was wonderful! Olivia was FANTASTIC! She responded right away to my online inquiry and had the car I was interested in out front and ready for a test drive when I a Olivia was FANTASTIC! I liked it and wanted it and told her I was in a hurry. She whisked us through the process without delay and she had me out of there in about an hour soup to nuts! She even put the temp take tag on herself... apparently handy with a power drill as well! She can do it all!
