Dan was very easy to work with- very nice guy and no pressure sales. We found our car online and knew what we were looking for when we went in. My experience overall was decent. James was pleasant. Their carfax trade in estimate (under USED CARS) was quite inaccurate though. It should be “calibrated” or removed. That ticked me off a bit.
