Dan Khilall my salesman was amazing. He answered my email within minutes and was extremely knowledgeable about the F-150 I was looking at. He set up my test drive and explained all the details of the truck t within minutes and was extremely knowledgeable about the F-150 I was looking at. He set up my test drive and explained all the details of the truck to me before and after driving it. Dan was super helpful and understanding when I was a little unsure of the purchase and he never made me feel forced to buy. Since the sale he has answered every text I have asked about fellowing up on keys and plates. I highly recommend Dan. And I’m grateful he was my salesman. More

I began working long distance with Olivia. Being active duty military I was far from home and looking for a great deal to drive home for the holidays. Not only did she work with me a month in advance to en duty military I was far from home and looking for a great deal to drive home for the holidays. Not only did she work with me a month in advance to ensure that the vehicle would be held for me when I was able to get there, she picked me up at my hotel the morning I was finally able to fly in to purchase (which I am very happy with btw). Olivia is the perfect example of a no pressure, down to earth, customer service professional. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to pick up a Ford in the Mendham area. Besides Olivia, the sales staff was all friendly and believe it or not I even had a good time in the financing department. Maplecrest Ford was a pleasant purchasing experience. More
