The price you see is the price you pay besides the usual tax/paperwork fees which was a great relief! Although the price was non-negotiable, it was still slightly better than the fair market price given the current situation of the car market. Our salesperson James, was very attentive to see that my car buying experience went as smooth as possible and made himself available during the process to answer any of my questions. I commend everyone at Ford Maplecrest Mendham for providing an excellent service across the board and would highly recommend them! More
Enough is enough! !! Honestly I have had it. I purchased my first new car from Mendham Ford over 30 years ago and back then I would swear this was the best dealer. Toda !! Honestly I have had it. I purchased my first new car from Mendham Ford over 30 years ago and back then I would swear this was the best dealer. Today I honestly can say I am so disappointed and regret purchasing my car from here. This dealer does not know the meaning of words like loyalty, quality, trustworthiness, integrity. When I have to bring my truck in 4 times for the same complaint over 6 months and be told “that’s normal”, then after the third time have the front differential FIXED (poorly), not replaced. That is why FORD has a poor reputation. I purchased my certified pre owned F150 with the extended bumper to bumper warranty so I could have a worry free experience. But last week I’ve had enough. I make an appointment which takes 3 months btw. (It seems there is a common them here) for, you guessed it the differential that is still not right and should have been replaced, not fixed only to be told, there’s no errors on the machine. Why do we need mechanics if it’s just about plugging a machine in and reading error codes. So I have to come back 3 more times to get it fixed? The sunroof doesn’t open and last time I heard something break and literally rattles when I’m driving. “It’s just dirty and not covered under the warranty.” Can you change the breaks, they squeal and I don’t feel safe. “They’re only 85% worn, you don’t need to change them.” The transmission feels strange, maybe you can change the oil so it runs smoother. “????????”. I ordered a lightning through you over 16and my 3 friends already got they’re serial numbers. Any news about my truck? “We have no idea about anything. But we need our loaner car back. Hey did you want to buy tires?” Even after talking with the owner of the dealership. I get nothing done. There is no hope. And I have had it with this horrible customer service. More
