I just bought my 3rd vehicle with Joseph Opoku at Maplecrest. He is simply the best. Very respectful and knowledgeable in his products. I will always recommend him for any one who needs a car. The dealership reached out about parts being in for major safety recall. Brought the car in. They never had the parts so it was never done. They then called back a couple weeks later bc the parts were in. Br safety recall. Brought the car in. They never had the parts so it was never done. They then called back a couple weeks later bc the parts were in. Brought car in on a Thurs morning and was set to be completed same day. It followed with 3 days of lies every time I called. Each service rep (managers included) had different lies that contradicted the last. On Saturday I needed car back and went and got it. Finally had a rep come clean that everyone has been lying but he is being honest that the tech was ghosting the service dept and no one moved it to another technician. I left 3 days after dropoff with it still not completed. That’s a lot of liability for Maplecrest to carry for a major fire hazard safety recall! More

We had a terrible buying experience at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln. Let me explain: We contacted the dealer to test drive a Lincoln Corsair. We visited, drove one, and asked them to call us when they had a Lincoln. Let me explain: We contacted the dealer to test drive a Lincoln Corsair. We visited, drove one, and asked them to call us when they had a certified one available. A week later - they had one and we went in to make the deal. FIRST RED FLAG: The advertised price for the "certified" car did NOT include the certification cost! Oh no - that's another 1k. The car was listed as certified on multiple web sites. OK - so we say we'll pay the extra money (over the LISTED price) and we strike the deal. Great - come back tomorrow with a check and pick up the car. SECOND RED FLAG: We arrive, hand over the check, start filling out paperwork and suddenly the sales manager comes over and says "we made a mistake - your trade in is now worth $5500 less than we offered you". So you need to find another $5500 dollars to buy the car. They had the paperwork for two days. Multiple people had reviewed the deal. Suddenly at the last minute there's a mistake? Hmmmm. This was after we got the insurance, the Lincoln app, the bank check, etc. They had the deal in place for two days and never said a word until the final moment when they KNEW we were vulnerable. A complete bait and switch. I would never trust a "family dealership" that employs these types of tactics. If this happened to us - it could easily happen to you. Buyer beware - take your business elsewhere More
