The misleading advertising practices used by this dealership are despicable, I can only hope the next potential buyer does not waste their time and is aware of the substantial undisclosed fees they c dealership are despicable, I can only hope the next potential buyer does not waste their time and is aware of the substantial undisclosed fees they charge. I scheduled an advance appointment, with internet department, to view a CPO vehicle I found advertised on their website. Upon arrival, the dealership was disorganized and the sales person, with whom I was eventually connected, had no prior knowledge of the any discussions with the internet department. After locating the vehicle, it was found to be filthy. The vehicle also had damage on all 4 wheels, and various scratches and imperfections in the body. The real problem started when I was presented with a price that was $2600 higher then the price advertised. Included in this price was a $1000 prep fee, despite the car being damaged and poorly prepped. In the end, I offered to split the cost of the prep fee, but the general manager refused, advising me he would rather sell the car at auction then earn my business. More
