However, Gwen H. convinced me to come in over the telephone to see if something could be done. I walked into Maplecrest and to my surprise everyone was extreamly friendly and pleasant, most of the dealerships I have visited in the past have had  salesmen greeting you at the door and attacking you soon as you walk in, not Maplecrest ! I had the pleasure of working with Billy who was so nice & patient... He was a complete sweetheart. I had my two yr old toddler with me, so you can imagine it was chaotic, but everyone was so understanding. At te end of the day Billy & the finance manager (can't remember his name) worked a deal of a life time that I could not pass up.... 3 hrs after I walked into Maplecreast I drove off the lot with a fully loaded brand new MKX (my dream truck) . the dealership has a unique way of being able to get the key to any car you want to test drive whil standing in the lot. Our test drive did not have a salesman with us and we were told to try out the car, w key to any car you want to test drive whil standing in the lot.
