This was my first experience in 25 years with a dealership other than a friend who is no longer in business. My research led me to a Ford Edge and this website led me to Maple Crest. Being apprehensive at first I was quickly put at ease by Gary and his low key sales approach. No high pressure and knowledgeable about the products available. Bottom line--my wife & I drove home with a new car the same day and felt satisfied with the trade in value we received and how we were treated at the dealership. Gary followed up with several phone calls & a second visit to be sure I was satisfied and was familiar with all of the options on our new Edge. I highly recommend the dealership and Gary especially if you have had unpleasant experiences at a car dealership. More
