The two year lease on our 2011 Ford Edge was due to expire soon. Our previous Edge was under mileage and in mint condition and we decided we wanted another Edge. We were not happy at all with the pricing, customer service, and overall treatment we were getting at our previous Ford dealer as well as another local dealer. My wife was also involved early in the process and I did not like how she was treated. I have a sales background so good communication, honesty, and "do as you say" are standard principles. We ended up giving Ford Maplecrest of Union a call, and we were immediately impressed. Jesse Gattis initially assisted us. Jesse found us a perfect vehicle which was within our budget. We scheduled an appointment, and within 1 day we were sitting down with Eric Soars at the dealership. I was extremely comfortable with Eric from the moment I met him. My wife was as well. Eric closed the deal as well as trained us on the Sync, Navigation, and some other newer features on the 2013 model. So within 2 days Maplecrest Ford had their 2011 Edge back under milage, and we now have a new 2013 Edge until 2016! I sincerely would recommend this dealership to anyone. I plan on doing so! More

When I arrived at Maplecrest, I was greeted at the door and escorted to the waiting room where one of the sales associates made me coffee. A few minutes later, Charlie Betzel came to meet me. Asked me what I was looking for and had someone bring me a few cars to try it out. I told him I was on a tight budget but really wanted a Ford Edge. He did not try to push other cars on me, which I was pleasantly surprised. He asked me for my wish list on the Edge and suggested a demo car when I told him my budget. He calculated some numbers and I ended up leaving the dealership with a fully loaded 2013 Ford Edge with a only a few miles on it, right within my price range. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I thought it was worth noting that I visited several dealerships the weekend before, and I was really disappointed.
