I’m a young woman , 20 to be exact. Purchased my 1st car from this dealership hoping I would get a used certified car that was safe. After being reassured by my sales men Harold that their 139 point inspect from this dealership hoping I would get a used certified car that was safe. After being reassured by my sales men Harold that their 139 point inspection would catch any safety related issues I purchased a certified used fusion, two months later I lose my brakes and almost have a serious accident later to find out that all four sets of brakes were completely worn and was scraping metal on metal! I had to pay Mavis to make repairs as I live in NYS and now I can’t get one person in the dealerships to return or take my calls. In fact they are quite rude after you make a purchase but all about you before the purchase. I would stay far away from this dealership if you don’t want to be ripped off or risk ur life More

People were nice. Service was very slow. Took 3 hours to get through paperwork on purchase of a used car. Not many perks offered by dealership on purchase. Listed price is pretty much what you get. Someone at this dealership took my car out on a 30 mile test drive and blew out all 4 struts and DENIED it. They also performed a BOTCHED head gasket recall where the problem came back!
