If I could give this dealership no stars I would. I have brought 2 vehicles from this dealer in the past and I have such a great experience. This experience has been the worst. Communication is awful, peopl brought 2 vehicles from this dealer in the past and I have such a great experience. This experience has been the worst. Communication is awful, people play games when it comes to sales. The used car sales manager had to come into my deal to help me out because the sales manger was not capable. I had my car for hours and I received a notification from Lincoln way telling me there was an issue (power train issue) with my car. When I arrived back at the dealership, they seen nothing. After having my car for 10 days I had to have it service because the issues I told them about the day after I had my car still persisted. I received my car back yesterday and I have to give it back to service again today because the issues is still persisting. Good Luck having a supervisor call you back if you have questions or an issues. Because I had such a positive experience with this dealership in the past, I thought I would get the same service. I will never purchase a car here again. More

I would have given this dealership 2 stars but I was outright lied to about how my credit score would be pulled and was given a false score. This dealership was also disorganized and slow. I checked my credit score with a credit professional and the score this dealership gave me was WAY off. This resulted in a monthly payment estimate overcharge of almost $200. More
