This service department was horrible when it came to service on my mustang. I had to go back to them four times in order for them to fix my brakes and rotors correctly. I had a great experience 3.5 yrs ago when i leased the car. I decided to buy out my leased car and that’s when problems began. I paid $498 for “registration/title”. Gary verbally told me that I would ge car. I decided to buy out my leased car and that’s when problems began. I paid $498 for “registration/title”. Gary verbally told me that I would get a refund check after MVC processed the title etc. When I returned to dealer to pick up plates and registration, he acted like there was no refund. I had to press the issue. The next day, he sent email saying the “admin” found their mistake and they will mail my refund check. However, not sure about their math skills since my refund check was $188 instead if $385. I will continue to ask for the rest of my refund. By the way, I paid $498 “document fee” for that dealer to process paperwork for the purchase (so, i am not trying to get out of paying dealer fee). Don’t trust them! More

This is our second time getting a car from Maplecrest. We live far and make the journey because the customer service is exceptional. If I am spending money I wanted to be treated like royalty and Maplec We live far and make the journey because the customer service is exceptional. They were attentive and patient, but gave us room to make our decision while giving us all the options available. Well worth the trip and we will keep coming back even though we pass 5 other dealers on our way we go where we are treated right. More
BEWARE!! I recently took my '21 Explorer in for service due to an airbag issue. My car was left at the dealer for over a week. When I arrived home, I further inspected the car and noticed there were scratc due to an airbag issue. My car was left at the dealer for over a week. When I arrived home, I further inspected the car and noticed there were scratches outside the door panel and inside the car where the work was being done. I spoke to a manager and was told to bring my vehicle back so they can take a look at the damage. I was told that the dealer took multiple 360-degree pictures of the vehicle when it first gets dropped off by the customer. This was to ensure transparency between the dealer and client. Management and I reviewed the pictures of the car and coincidentally, they did NOT take a picture of the side of the car where work was being done. This makes you wonder if they deleted that picture to abstain from being at fault. I spoke to the manager, John Davis, he provided no solutions nor could he explain how there were damages to the vehicle inside AND out on the side where the work was being done. My advice to you is before dropping your vehicle off, take your own pictures inside and out to ensure they do not damage your vehicle. I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with the service. I will rethink the next time I purchase/lease a vehicle from this dealer in the future. There is NO reason why I should find my car in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off. More
