I took my mother's car in due to a dead battery. three times the gentleman who took the car told me that as long as it was the battery it was $170.00 I didn't ask, he just told me that. Then I get a call that it is going to be over $600 dollars to replace the battery. I was told he was quoting me a diagnostic fee, but other dealerships I have contacted charge $75.00 to $120. Additionally, they said it took 2 hours to replace the battery. Who did the work, Helen Keller? I should have told them to forget it, but I have to work and can't keep taking time off to take the car around especially with a dead battery. So, I guess I got what I deserved. If you can afford to pay 600 dollars or more for a new battery, you will just love them. More

Made an appt to fix a coolant leak. Techs could not find, so I told the service advisor to keep looking. They finally found it, but would have to keep the Atlas overnight. You were very nice to give me a nice loaner and I picked up the Atlas the next day. That was on 11/17. On Thanksgiving on the way to Detroit, there was a sudden pff noise, then loud turbo sounds on acceleration. Made emergency stop the day after Thanksgiving at Suburban of Troy. They found that you did not put the vehicle back together properly. The charge pipe was disconnected from the throttle body. Please take better care in the future. More
