I am normally very please with the service but recent visits have me a little puzzled. I am currently waiting on parts that are on order and have had no updates at all. I also left Rebecca a message about my oil consumption project on my Santa Fe, and if I am supposed to put oil in it or I believe I understand that they have to do it to document it. I'm at a stand still right now and am getting to the point that I have to add oil. Do I need an appointment for this or just stop in and when will my parts be in? Eric Emmons More

Overall service was fine. I have a problem on being informed on what service is needed at certain times. Being told that it's all in the manual is not going to cut it. When I call to schedule, there needs to be more info regarding future maintenence other than oil changes. From now on, I will ask for the front desk and not rely on the person answering the phone. Providing future services with out asking is part of good customer service. I did talk to Sadie when paying and she was very courteous and helpful. More

Poor communication. Disappointed that no information was provided— and when I reviewed the paperwork it was noted the air filter was dirty.
