They have been quick, informative, positive attitude and easy to work with. They appear fully informed about the issue, know the vehicles really, really well and their sales guys have been friendly and didn't try to sell me a car. They seem to understand the value of good customer service and long term relationships. I love my BMW, but this dealer makes me want to consider an Audi when I'm shopping in the future. They even gave me a quart of oil for free to help me out while I'm waiting for the parts to come in for the engine rebuild. The BMW dealer across town should take notes! More

Even though I had a discounted pricing certificate through my employer, my own credit and no trade-in, I could not have been treated better. I live more than 2 hours from the dealer and the entire transaction was completed in a day. They even threw in carpeted floor mats! They spent as much time with me as needed...never felt rushed or pressured. Their motto is trust and integrity, and it shows. More
I had my vehicle taken here after the engine stalled out. It was after hours when I dropped it off, so I came in early the next morning to check on it and see if I could get a loaner. The gentleman at the service am desk was very unhelpful and rather rude. I asked about getting a loaner and was told I couldn't get one because I hadn't purchased my car from there (I get one at My Auto Imports every time I take my car there and I didn't buy from them either). The gentleman was indifferent and told me I should rent a car. At any rate, my car was with them for a total of four days before being assessed. I finally called and asked what was going on, and was told the cost would be $13,000 to tear apart the engine and replace what was needed. However, they wouldn't be able to even start it for at least 2 weeks. I promptly told them that they were no longer authorized to work on my vehicle and had it towed to My Auto Imports in Muskegon. I paid them $219 and got my car back in 3 days. Maple Hill's lack of concern for their customers, rude service desk associates, and lack of vehicle knowledge is beyond reason. I will never take my car to them again. Even if it costs you for towing, have your car taken to Muskegon. They will take care of you. And they'll actually care about you as a customer and not act as if you are a nuisance for needing service done on your car. More

The call backs we were getting from other dealers were less than enthusiastic and not very helpful. We assumed it was because we were calling on a Saturday afternoon and many of the dealerships were about to close for the day. Then we called Maple Hill Auto Group in Kalamazoo and spoke with Mr. Phil Lawrence. He was pleasant, professional, and eager to help us answer all our questions. He worked out a great deal over the phone with us and had everything ready to go that Monday for my mom to drive home in her new car! On top of all that, he then helped my husband and me get appointments and a great deal for our personal vehicles to receive a protective coating at Great Lakes Chemical. He took his time with us and made sure my mom felt comfortable in her new vehicle before she left. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Phil, to anyone looking to buy a new car! They will run your credit with out you permission! Evidently they get kickbacks if you finance with them (using Subaru/Chase).
