The Service Superman! Steve works in the service dept. He helped us with a Hyundai we had purchased from a used car lot. Steve was very respectful to us, and treated us as Steve works in the service dept. He helped us with a Hyundai we had purchased from a used car lot. Steve was very respectful to us, and treated us as if we had purchased the car from him! There were problems with the car, and Steve was great with us and the problems. We sold that car, and got another used Hyundai from the same used car dealer. We thought we were doing good, but there was no service support with this vehicle. Steve was great when we bought this car in for a problem. Again, Steve treated us like family! we could not resolve the issue, as it was the nature of the beast! We came to the dealership to but a tube of touch-up paint for the car from the service department, and wound up talking with Mike Zinger. That led us to the purchase of our new Hyundai! All is well so far, we love the car, and Mike gave us a follow-up to see if all was well. That is why we are a new customer of Maple Hill!!! More

Poor service department Dropped in to have a fuel filter replaced. Was told that was a "Service Express" item and there was a 2.5 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appoin Dropped in to have a fuel filter replaced. Was told that was a "Service Express" item and there was a 2.5 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment to have it done and was told no appointments for that kind of service and that I would have to wait or come at another time in hope the wait time was less. I'll be going to Tuffy's from now on where I can schedule an appointment and get the standard services done for 30% of the price charged here. I did talk with the service manager Steve, who didn't really care how much of an inconvenience this was. Told me that was our policy. Why? because that's our policy. Okay, so I won't be going back there again. More
