Had our first two oil changes and a warranty issue on our 2012 Outback taken care of at Maple Hill in Kalamazoo. They are very friendly and professional, I highly recommend taking your car there if you have 2012 Outback taken care of at Maple Hill in Kalamazoo. They are very friendly and professional, I highly recommend taking your car there if you have a dealer warranty issue or need something else done! Oil change was in and out under 30 minutes. And the warranty issue was taking care of with out question. Definitely our Subaru dealer of choice in west Michigan! More

They will run your credit with out you permission! Evidently they get kickbacks if you finance with them (using Subaru/Chase). I had my finance arranged prior to my visit because I did not want to deal with the big banks (check out the small print with Chase, they pretty much state that they will sell your info by default unless YOU opt out).
