Halfway through the appointment, they called me and told me I needed new rear brake pads and rotors and gave me a very fair price in comparison to other dealerships/body shops. After working with the Maple Hills team, specifically James DeYoung, I have a new outlook. James was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable of the cars we test drove. After purchasing a new car from James in January, we had an engine go out on our other car. When it was determined that a new car was needed, I didn't hesitate and went right back to James (Maple Hill). Just like before, I gave him the price we were looking to spend, he provided us with a list of cars that fit into our budget, made them available for test driving and questions and the overall process was again seamless. I will recommend Maple Hill to friends and family and will be a return customer in the future when the need arises. More
