It took much longer than I expected for my service to get completed. Usually I took my ford to Ziegler and they could get me done in 30 minutes or less. Do not trust their technicians-they do not perform the job they state they do. Service manager admitted when they were wrong but only after I questioned their decision and demanded an explanation - and th job they state they do.
