Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for our department. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service each and every time. Our oil change appointments do take about an hour because we do the oil change, tire rotation as well as a multi point inspection of the vehicle. We check all of the bulbs to make sure they are all functioning, we check & fill your fluids, we check both the engine air filter & cabin air filter, we check the tires to make sure they are wearing evenly and we also make sure the pressure is set correctly. and when the tire rotation is done we also check the brake pads. Doing these inspections does add time to the actual oil change appointment. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
