Always a positive experience I decided that my 2009 Subaru Impreza need a lot of post-100,000 mile maintenance so I could continue to drive it instead of purchasing a new car. So I decided that my 2009 Subaru Impreza need a lot of post-100,000 mile maintenance so I could continue to drive it instead of purchasing a new car. So I brought my car in with a few specific instructions to get it in top shape for the second half of its life. Naturally, once the hood was opened, some other issues were discovered that needed to be addressed. Cassandra was in constant contact with me about these new issues and how to best handle them and answered all of my questions with ease. For example, one of the mechanics accidentally misdiagnosed my wiper blade problem, resulting in my car having to wait on another part and stay a day or two extra. Cassandra explained the problem to me in detail, and it was very clear Maple Hill felt terrible about the added inconvenience. Fortunately, the correct part was far cheaper than the initial diagnosis and I was never charged for parts I didn't need. Even though my car had to stay an extra day or two, I feel very comfortable that it was repaired in good hands and ready to last me a few more years. More
