Customer service is lacking. They rarely discuss price with me until the job is already done. At times, I don’t feel like the service is worth the price. I also feel like having an appointment is not bene with me until the job is already done. At times, I don’t feel like the service is worth the price. I also feel like having an appointment is not beneficial, as I have waited for over 90 minutes for an oil change in the past. However, I prefer to go here because of their experience with Volkswagen vehicles. More

Maple Hill is the place to go! I was looking for my first Subaru, and this place was close to home. They have many vehicles to choose from, and if they don’t have what your looking for, they will do their be Subaru, and this place was close to home. I recently purchased a newer used Subaru from Maple hill. I had a good experience working with them and decided to take my vehicle to the dealer for the first time for its first routine oil change. Waiting area was great and service was fast and done well. It was a bit more than your corner mechanic charges but I trust their inspection and don't mind paying more for the overall quality service they provide. More
