Even people on the sales floor are happy to help you when needed. Last summer I unfortunately got hung up on a curved driveway and badly scraped the edges of my rims on both front tires. Kelsey helped me get them fixed through a gentleman that works on rims through you service department. He did an amazing job on a hard project as the rims were custom painted. She saved me from having to look and pay for new rims. I really appreciated that! So far dealing with your service department (several prior experiences), I would have to give you an A+. Service professionals I dealt with were superior....the person on the phone needs training or a new job....no personality...more so no interest in assisting. She seemed more put out than anything. When going to the waiting area I saw a person at the "front" desk...answering the phone, etc....she was "busy" on her cell phone..enough said on that note. Just bought our 2nd subaru from Daisy. Fantastic sales lady! Service is 1st rate. If you had pick up and delivery for regular maintenance/ service. Impossible for 75+ to drive safely that far. My hasvand and I think it's worth the drive for us, however we did consider purchasing a Honda Ridgeline locally. We're not getting any younger either! Consider pick up and delivery for maintenance and you'll have 2 subaru customers for life! More
