I want to apologize for the confusion on the appointment time. We are looking into why the online system allowed a 7 am appointment when we don't open until 8 am. As of right now, we have no explanation for this mix up, but we do apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. As for the work that was done on your vehicle, we stand behind our technician and his findings. This service appointment was the first time we have seen your vehicle, and when we started looking into why your eyesight was not working, it was apparent that the work done on your wheel bearings, before you ever brought your vehicle to us, was not done properly, causing a sensor to not be able to read as it should. The wheel bearing being improperly repaired is what caused the damage done to your vehicle, and what our technician was quoting you to fix. I'm sorry if you find that our prices were outrageous, but had we been the ones to initially fix the wheel bearing and this had happened, we would have stood behind our work, just as we are standing behind our technician's findings today.
