I'm on the fence about Maple Hill. I can't say that I've been wowed, but not disappointed. I use Maple Hill because it's close to home, but I can't say I dislike or like them. I stopped recently to have my add blue topped off because the car used more then usual. And also have the oil topped off because it used more then it's used before. My Touareg was at about 97,000 miles, and I have another 2,000 to go before an oil change. The oil top off only added 1 bar while it was 3 bars low when I went in. I'm suspecting but not positive that my warranty is up at 100,000 miles and then nothing will be covered and I'll be stuck. I mentioned my idling problem (while idling it tries to stall but the rpm's come back up, and happens about every 10 seconds). I asked about scheduling an appointment, but they advised to see how it does on add blue and oil until the next oil change. So, as it continues to do this, I don't know if I'll be stuck with a big repair bill, or it will be covered and I'm in a limbo. They are fairly prompt with service, and I'm fine with that. More

I really appreciated the quick and easy process around 8:30 am to get checked in and leave my car at Maple Hill Subaru for the day to get a recall addressed. I was met with a friendly male greeter. Cassandra did well getting me squared away and explaining some of the special features of the loaner car. The loaner car was supreme! I also appreciated that Cassandra called me to tell me about the brake pads on my car needed addressing and was able to get that fixed. She also shared that and the part needed to repair my tricky window would need to be ordered. I was happy with the service on my car. When I went to pick up my car around 5 pm, I was greeted by a kind male greeter. Then I got to the service desk that was congested with staff. I found this quite overwhelming. Che helped me by explaining what service was completed and answered my question about when the window part would be in. In the meantime, another staff member came over asked to see Che. Then he left with the other staff member without telling me that Cassandra would take care of me from there. Cassandra started reiterating pricing, which Che had already done. Other staff that were standing around added to the conversations, which added to the whole check-out experience being very overwhelming. More
