We always offer the manufacturer recommended services for a severe weather state (which Michigan is considered) for services. This information can be found in your owner's manual, on the manufacturer's website, on Maple Hill's website, or you can always call and we can tell you what services are recommended by Subaru for your vehicle at certain mileage points. We shop our prices with local shops and our service prices are comparative with other dealers and local shops. I am very sorry you feel this way. We would love if we were able to accommodate and take care of your concerns the same day they arise, but we do not have the ability to do that in this environment. We are still short staffed since Covid- we would love to hire multiple more technicians and support staff to accommodate everyone sooner, but staffing is an issue for all businesses currently. I know it is not the most convenient, but we are trying our best to hire and move forward to better times.
