I have been a customer with Maple Hill since purchase of my first Volvo S60 in 2004. I also purchased a Volvo XC60 in 2011, a Volvo S80 in 2013 and a Volvo XC60 in 2020. I have always been very happy with my first Volvo S60 in 2004. I also purchased a Volvo XC60 in 2011, a Volvo S80 in 2013 and a Volvo XC60 in 2020. I have always been very happy with the service department in the past. My last visit however was really frustrating. I had made an appointment for my S80 for the 67,000 mile PM. I mentioned that I was also experiencing my power window control working half the time. Well 2 1/2 hours later my car was finally ready. The service department said that I probably have a loose wire that is causing the windows not to operate all the time. If I wanted it fixed I would need to schedule an appointment for 3 hours for them to correct. I already knew that was the problem and was very upset with my bill that came to $250.00 for the oil change and looking at my car. I really wonder if my next purchase (next year) will be with Maple Hill. Jim Nicolow More

I've been looking for one particular and unique Genesis G80 since December 2020, and found it online, by accident at Maple Hill Auto Group. When Jacob first responded to my inquiry, I don't think he realized that I live in South Texas - just turn on the news, I live in McAllen (yes, THAT McAllen). Jacob and Nick helped me through the process of purchasing my G80, and helping me with paperwork so the ordeal of registering the vehicle in Texas would go as smoothly as possible. Very easy to work with and accommodating. Worked with Jake, James and Victor in the sales process. Very nice guys. Victor helped when James was out and then Matt helped us in the finance dept.
