Laura Stout my service consultant was on the ball. Acknowledged me when I came in. Very polite, knows her job well. Knows how to communicate well. One thing that needs some work. Answer your phones. I left messages and it took two calls to get receptionist to call me back. I suspect she is overwhelmed with phone calls. Not her fault. She might need backup. Other than that, not A big deal. If Hyundai continues with good service, they will surpass Toyota. I’ve had three Santa Fe’s. So far so good. More
