Too long of a wait!!!! Why make an appointment when it takes 3 hours for tire rotation, oil change, repair a hole in tire and to replace a sensor. Was told an hour and half into work that it would be ano takes 3 hours for tire rotation, oil change, repair a hole in tire and to replace a sensor. Was told an hour and half into work that it would be another 30 minutes ended up being an hour and a half. Ridiculous. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for the paperwork to be done while my car sat available. This is the last time I’ll use your service department. Every time it has been a ridiculous wait. I’ve also tried drop off, waited till closing for car to be done when it was dropped off first thing in the morning More
