I had a very good visit when I brought my car in for its 90000 mile service. Laura the girl who helped was very thorough w/ explaining what will happen and passed on my questions to the mechanic and all was 90000 mile service. The girls at the service desk are professional and polite. They go out of their way to make you feel important and that your problems are dealt with. This dealership always seems to be in disarray. When I purchased my Hyundai Elantra I purchased a service warranty. This dealership then purchased the dealership I bought my car from. This was TWO years a purchased my Hyundai Elantra I purchased a service warranty. This dealership then purchased the dealership I bought my car from. This was TWO years ago. To this day they have yet to associate my purchased service contract to my car and every time I go in for regular service it’s a hassle. “No you don’t have a service contract.” “Yes I do here’s the proof”. “Oh yes now I remember!” Good grief I spent a lot of money for that contract and shouldn’t have to fight to be able to use it. There are two bright spots - I think the service advisor I squally speak with is Tami. She has been great. She is warm and friendly and professional. Also there’s a sales person Ben who always is nice and polite and answers my questions. I would recommend this place if they could get their administrative act together but until then no can do as they say More
