Upon arriving I found out I could only work work the assigned person, even though the other person was not servicing any customers. I waited 20 minutes to get to talk to her, because she was serving ano assigned person, even though the other person was not servicing any customers. I waited 20 minutes to get to talk to her, because she was serving another customer. After I finally got to talk to her, then the other customer service person starting helping other customers. That’s nuts! After several hours, I had to call to see if my car was done. They had to check and call me back. That took an hour. Really? You guys have always been pretty good, so I’m going to chalk it up to a bad day. But that’s not good customer service! More
