After review, next day discovered oil leak—major dump. Quick service to redo. handled courtesy and efficiently by service writer Laura. Improper torque on gasket. Also noticed no cap on two front tire stems. Oil miscue makes one uneasy about quality of other work. Like what else did they miss? Yikes! Peter Fronk

After checking into the situation, I see that the shop was running a little behind and obviously that was not communicated to you. It appears that your Service Advisor Jonathan failed to get you the proper information. I spoke with the advisor that was present during your visit, Laura and the information was not communicated through her either. I wasn't sure where Jennifer came into the situation as she was off during your visit and and was not present at the dealership.
