The people who work here in customer service are nice, but the service dept needs help. Windshield recall and it was 2 trips down to address the issue and another trip after the windshield was ordered. Th but the service dept needs help. Somebody needs to get their act together in the customer care dept. I live 1 1/2 away .. fuel is not cheap, wear and tare on car and myself. I’m glad my windshield is fixed. I hope nothing else in the recall world comes up. More

Poor management & organization, but good, caring & competent staff. We got a re-call notice and made an appointment for 2 weeks in the future for the needed correction. When we arrived, we were told competent staff. We got a re-call notice and made an appointment for 2 weeks in the future for the needed correction. When we arrived, we were told they did not have the part and we would have to come back in a few days. We live over an hour's drive away from the dealer. NOT happy. A waste of a morning and a 1/2 tank of gas ($38). I have requested reimbursement for the gas, but no word from the service manager. Grrrrr More
