Manley Service Department has consistently been terrible. I have had 3-4 recalls, and parts that were ordered. The service representatives do not call back, they have never called me when a part comes in, I have had 3-4 recalls, and parts that were ordered. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer Crouch at Manly Hyundai. From the first time I met her back towards the end of 2021, she was honest and direct, which I really appreciated. My electronic parking brake went out on my 2022 Santa Cruz and no one had the part. I had a previously negative (incredibly rude, untrusting, and frustrating) experience at Hilltop Hyundai, so I came to Manly with a bad taste in my mouth from that poor treatment from a Hyundai dealership. But that all went away when Jennifer took over the coordination of the repairs. She told me that the chip for the part was hard to manufacture at that time, and that they were out of the part, but that she would follow up and let me know when it would be available. Then a few weeks later, she helped coordinate another issue that developed stemming from the broken EPB system. She explained what had happened and the repair was quick and easy. She was communicative and accurate about the timing for repair and that visit was just as easy as the first. Then the last visit was the actual repair. I woke up late to the appointment and called Jennifer. She was kind on the phone even tho I was embarrassed for missing the appointment time. She got me in for the repair later that day and again was super accurate with the timing for the work to be done. She really knows her team, the work, and really is the best reason to get your Hyundai serviced at Manly Hyundai. She is authentic, kind and genuinely cared. I am thrilled to have my Santa Cruz back to its original state, and will only be taking it to Manly Hyundai for its maintenance and services - and that’s because Jennifer is there!
