Excellent service from a great team! I had planned on bringing my vehicle in for what I thought was a basic oil change. Turned out I was in need of a much larger service which Nick explai I had planned on bringing my vehicle in for what I thought was a basic oil change. Turned out I was in need of a much larger service which Nick explained the importance of. Nick was able to work with me on the price and provide me with a courtesy car for the duration of the service. Hugo in the rental department quickly got me into a courtesy car so I was on my way. Both guys were awesome and made my appointment quick and easy. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Nick based on the great service I receive along with the trust I have in the entire service department. More
Great Customer Service Mandi and Jess were very customer service oriented and helped to resolve my issue with my new Honda Pilot shift release button sticking. A Quick Battery Change in a Scheduling Crunch I didn't have a service appointment, but I needed the battery replaced quickly in my Odyssey van because I had a doctor's appointment coming up in a c I didn't have a service appointment, but I needed the battery replaced quickly in my Odyssey van because I had a doctor's appointment coming up in a couple of hours and there was only a brief window of time to get a new battery installed and still make it to my doctor's appointment on time. Once he understood my problem, the service advisor Nicholas Hatch did a great job of working me into the flow of repairs in the service center. I was able to make my doctor's appointment on time and what looked like it would be a frustrating afternoon, turned into a very good day because of the care Nicholas and the service manager took to get me in and out quickly. I'm grateful for the extra care and concern they took with my problem. More

The last few visits that I made for my Honda Servicing has never been a disappointment. If you want the best of the best, please go to Nicolas Hatch! He is amazing at what he does. Extremely kind and talkative and will get you in and out as fast as he can. He never treats me like a transaction and will always do whatever he can to make me a happy customer. Nicolas will always be the only one that I trust with my car and I will always go back to him for my servicing. The first time that he assisted me, I came in with a full on anxiety attack about my car issue. They were already closed by the time I stopped in for a last minute check up but he took the time out of his life to come check out my car for me. He not only helped me dealt with the car issue but he also helped me calm down. That's the type of customer service that I look forward to when I walk into any store and dealership! For Salesman, I haven't found my go to person yet for when I ever plan on trading in my car again. I obviously walked out of the dealership in September 2015 with the year and model that I wanted, but it isn't an EX-L which makes me hate my car. More

I usually avoid going into the dealership at all costs and try to have as little contact as possible with the personnel. Bill was friendly, helpful and very efficient in getting my battery replaced. Expensive parts and labor & service charges Went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago at 2:30 and did not get out until 4:30 because they were running behind. To make matters worse, when I popped the hood of my car the next day, someone left a cigarette butt right before the grill where trash couldn't have possibly gotten in from the ground. I've gone to Manly for my oil change for 11 years now ('been a customer since '98) because the number tags used to have a coupon but they stopped doing it. Nowadays there aren't anymore coupons and oil changes are more expensive. Most places can do the same for less money, less time and you can get an appointment within a couple days instead of a couple weeks with Manly. The renovation looks nice but it seems like the customers are being asked to pay for it. This hurts brand loyalty I think. More
