Great service experience I'm not usually comfortable with dealerships, being a women and all. Nick Hatch was nice to work with. Repair of noise problem My 4 year old Honda Fit was making strange noises, a metallic, almost musical pinging. I took it into the dealership, where I was helped by Bill Pett My 4 year old Honda Fit was making strange noises, a metallic, almost musical pinging. I took it into the dealership, where I was helped by Bill Petty, a Service Advisor. He took me out for a drive through the parking lot so he could hear the noise. OF COURSE the car wouldn't make the noise then! He was so very patient and drove slowly around for quite a while; I was embarrassed and in despair when suddenly the car made the noise for him! He instantly correctly diagnosed the problem and its location and I was on my way in less than an hour. He was so kind, informed, and professional. I was so pleased with my interaction yesterday. More
