Warranty Fix and 10K Maintenance done well Took my 2013 Honda Accord in to Manly for recall on the power steering software. Also had 10,000 mile service done. Was pleased with 2 hour turnaroun Took my 2013 Honda Accord in to Manly for recall on the power steering software. Also had 10,000 mile service done. Was pleased with 2 hour turnaround as I waited in the new reception area. This is very nice now...good seating, coffee and latte service and cookies too. All service personnel were very cordial. I appreciate that the service team even vacuumed the front floors of my car. The new remodeled service department is beautiful, and the coffee machine is first class! Thanks Manly! PS.. The only small clitch is that the "loner" offered isn't really a loner...it's a rental car from enterprise. We ended up declining the use of the car (we didn't want to pay for the extra insurance.) As it turned out we didn't actually need it anyways, as the service was completed so quickly. More

The new waiting area is wonderful - there is a place for folks who hate TV and need to work while waiting (a million thank yous for that!) and coffee and cookies (fresh, delicious) are available. Of course oranges should be too, for the non-sugar, non-gluten folks! The time estimates for waiting have been accurate on my last three visits, and this helps me plan my work life. Services are suggested when appropriate, and options are always included and explained. great, excellent, service. More
