I called back and spoke with the same receptionist and she became irritated and very rude on the phone. Without finishing our conversation, she dumped me into a voice mail to leave a message for service adviser that would never get back to me. More
Worst Service Center Ever If I could give 0 stars I would. I generally do not feel compelled to write reviews unless they are positive. But the overwhelming lack of customer service and consideration by the Manly Service Crew and their manager Hugo was absolutely unacceptable. Our Honda is one of many to receive the recall for the two airbags and we made an appointment to have them replaced. The very kind receptionist made our appointment 10 days out since they didn't have anything sooner and informed me that at any point we could bring our car in, drop it off and receive a loner car until the replacement service was complete. No designation of where the loner is to come from, just come when is convenient and we will have the car ready for you. On the day of our appointment my husband goes to drop it off one hour early so that he can get the rental only to be told that they do not have one available and he will have to come back a week later to get the airbag replaced when they have a loner for him. When he questioned the previous instructions we received when the appointment was made, Hugo the manager told him "sorry there is nothing I can do the car is not here for you. Come back another day"...and that we need to call and remind him the day prior as if it is our responsability to remind the dealership we have any appointment. When I called and spoke to Hugo about the unacceptable customer service and lacking communcation he told me "sorry that's the way it is and there is nothing else I will do for you. We have lots of people coming in for recalls". So apparently recalls on a flawed piece of their machiery that could lead to a dangerous circumstance is apparently not Honda's nor Hugo's problem. If you are looking for better customer service and consideration for their clientele there are plenty of other Honda dealerships to go to in the North Bay. I will not be going back. More

I was getting my 2001 Civic serviced there on 8/17/13. When I called later in the day, Greg in sales answered the phone. When I told him my name and make of my car to get to the service department, I was astonished when he remembered me from 2001! He sold me my civic, brand new and helped me a great deal that day, after a bad experience with another dealership that week. I remembered him not being so pushy that I wanted to flee. He listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to show me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. What impresses me is the fact that he remembered me from 12 years ago! I am glad he's back! When I'm ready to purchase a new car, I will definitely go directly to Greg Eccles! More
Had my pilot towed in after radiator leaked. Still under warranty should be no problem right? Wrong they told before they even looked at it that they will not warranty a rock. Service to my Honda was simple, quick, and thorough with a happy ending. It turns out that it might have been operator error. You can check my visit this morning. I live in an area that has a lot of dirt and gravel roads. I can not justify repaing this car with the serious design flaw that you repair staff is well aware of. The refrigerant condenser is completely vulnerable to assault from the road. If I have it repaired how do I know it won't happen again in a week or 19 weeks.
