Recall Service Experience - Great I took my CRV in for recall work on the airbag inflator... No complaints working with Santiago - efficient, helpful, polite & professional. I have two criticisms about my experience with Manly - (note - NOT with Santiago... he's awesome!) 1st - I called in several months ago for this recall and was put on a list. After my third notice from Honda to urgently get my car fixed, I called Manly to check where I was on the list and was told that the list that was created months ago was useless and that now they are handling calls on a 1st come 1st serve basis... xxx? really??? So I made the appointment. 2nd - w/in an hour of dropping off my car, I get a call from the UPGRADE department at Manly wanting to make me a deal for my awesome CRV. Sorry, why would I want to "sell" my car to you at a "premium" when I know that I could sell it on the open market for more? It's a scam that I just don't care for... More

Nick talked to me about the steps it would take starting off with a diagnostic as our conversation extended we agreed on a price to not exceed for repairs. He called me later that day after diagnostic was done and had a total cost of repair for me that exceeded what we agreed Not to pass . He went over the list of parts that were needed and broke down each part and the cost with me.his customers service was was excellent if you're new to Manly Honda I would highly recommend Nick as your service advisor thanks for the customer service you provided ..
