I usually avoid going into the dealership at all costs and try to have as little contact as possible with the personnel. Bill was friendly, helpful and very efficient in getting my battery replaced. Expensive parts and labor & service charges Went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago at 2:30 and did not get out until 4:30 because they were running behind. At least Bill R. gave me a discount, aw Went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago at 2:30 and did not get out until 4:30 because they were running behind. At least Bill R. gave me a discount, awesome guy. To make matters worse, when I popped the hood of my car the next day, someone left a cigarette butt right before the grill where trash couldn't have possibly gotten in from the ground. I've gone to Manly for my oil change for 11 years now ('been a customer since '98) because the number tags used to have a coupon but they stopped doing it. Nowadays there aren't anymore coupons and oil changes are more expensive. Most places can do the same for less money, less time and you can get an appointment within a couple days instead of a couple weeks with Manly. The renovation looks nice but it seems like the customers are being asked to pay for it. This hurts brand loyalty I think. More

We have dealt with this dealership for 4+ decades with huge success in our buying and maintaining our vehicles while we always feel welcome and appreciated. Patrick in the Parts Dept as well as all the other many Manly employees we regularly deal with, really care about their customers. Bill Manly as founder and his son Brian now the GM, have built and maintained an excellent automotive sales and service organization that keeps getting better with the recent renovations of the new very attractive, efficient and comfortable parts, sales and service buildings. Always great service! Been coming here for over 19 years to buy and have vehicles serviced and they always provide top-notch customer service. Had to take our car in to get Been coming here for over 19 years to buy and have vehicles serviced and they always provide top-notch customer service. Had to take our car in to get a bulb changed as it was not accessible without taking off the hood liner and they only charged for the part, not the labor even though it had to go on the racks and took about 1/2 hour to change out. I fully expected to pay for the labor but was told it was waived. The staff are always friendly, very helpful and HONEST. I highly recomend Manly Honda for buying and servicing. More
