Excellent service from a great team! I had planned on bringing my vehicle in for what I thought was a basic oil change. Turned out I was in need of a much larger service which Nick explai I had planned on bringing my vehicle in for what I thought was a basic oil change. Turned out I was in need of a much larger service which Nick explained the importance of. Nick was able to work with me on the price and provide me with a courtesy car for the duration of the service. Hugo in the rental department quickly got me into a courtesy car so I was on my way. Both guys were awesome and made my appointment quick and easy. Repair of noise problem My 4 year old Honda Fit was making strange noises, a metallic, almost musical pinging. I took it into the dealership, where I was helped by Bill Petty, a Service Advisor. He took me out for a drive through the parking lot so he could hear the noise. OF COURSE the car wouldn't make the noise then! He was so very patient and drove slowly around for quite a while; I was embarrassed and in despair when suddenly the car made the noise for him! He instantly correctly diagnosed the problem and its location and I was on my way in less than an hour. He was so kind, informed, and professional. I was so pleased with my interaction yesterday.
