More importantly, I would have been happier not to wait 20 minutes before a service adviser could see me. The one that had been assigned when I scheduled my appointment online apparently was not available at my appointment time. I was planning to come a bit early to make sure I didn't miss the shuttle driver, but was advised by customer care on the phone not to do that, that the appointments were well staged to take care of everyone. After finally asking someone about it after waiting a while, a different adviser was assigned (Bill Petty), who took care of my appointment quite efficiently, set me up with the shuttle driver, and had my car in and out of there in three hours. You have very good business, many customers - perhaps hire more service advisers? More

He recently moved dealerships so I was hesitant to come in for service because I didn't think I'd receive as great of service. I was SO wrong! I felt very valued as a customer and well taken care of. I was originally helped by Jess who was extremely helpful and professional. I had a couple questions about my lease and was then assisted by Sean who was amazing. He gave me a bunch of information on some future options for leasing or purchasing a car. He spoke with my like a friend and was very honest which I really appreciated. I look forward to coming back to this dealership. I usually don't enjoy having to bring my car in for service but the level of service I received today makes me look forward to coming back.
